Noah's Ark and reducing Global Warming
There can be no doubt what so ever. Global Warming is very, very serious - probably the biggest threat to our environment since the Noah and the biblical floods. One of the main contributors to global warming is greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide. When natural gas or oil or coal is burnt, it increases the quantity of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The same thing happens when oil is burnt, as well as coal. It is important that we reduce the amount of these types of substances being burnt. Back in the days of the Old Testament, God wanted to teach us a lesson, and gave Noah detailed instruction how to save the creatures on our planet. It may well take divine intervention to fend off the threat to our existence due to Global War...

New Book Says Earth is Facing Evolutionary Change, Not Global Warming, Driven by Spaceweather
In the book, "Tuning the Diamonds - Electromagnetism & Spiritual Evolution," the author Susan Joy Rennison, postulates that as well as effecting our technological systems, the world is facing a spiritual revolution. Planet Earth is facing evolutionary change NOT global warming, driven by the constant bombardment of solar, cosmic and galactic energy -- collectively called Spaceweather by scientists. This massive influx of New Energy is dramatically changing the electromagnetic environment on Earth and is the real cause of the upsurge of extreme weather and climate change.
Climate Changes Due to Global Warming
While the drastic effects of global warming has been discussed in many scientific circles, had their run on TV and even had major exposure through well-meaning (but sadly inaccurate) Hollywood films, it's a concern that has a broad political, economic, social and geographical significance to countries all over the world. Quite literally, for all of us, there is nowhere to hide, nowhere to run and we can't stop the climate from changing. It's just way too big for us.

Citizens Urged to Take Precaution as Tropical Storm Alice Heads towards the Virtual World Whyville.com: The Consequences of Global Warming Demonst
At approximately 3:00 p.m. WST (Whyville Standard Time), a large tropical storm is expected to hit Whyville.com, the only learning-based virtual world for today's digital kids. "Tropical Storm Alice" is heading towards the virtual world, populated by 2.3 million 8-15 year-olds. Winds near the center of the storm are already registering between 20-34 knots, or 23-39 mph, with rainfall amounts of up to 20 inches an hour, never before seen on the island. Whyville citizens are advised to brace themselves for what may be major flooding.
Santa Barbara (PRWeb) December 8, 2006 -- As leading scientists around the planet continue to study potential solutions to the growing problem of global warming, many everyday citizens are searching for ways they can combat climate change at an individual level. One scientist, Eric Woodroof, Ph.D, has created a convenient way for people to help heal the planet – while leisurely enjoying a vacation. He has created a program that allows travelers to save thousands of dollars on exotic trips and the dollars from your purchase help reduce global warming. Dr. Woodroof, who has helped organizations save millions in cost-reduction programs, says, “You can have fun and slow global warming.” Woodroof’s new sustainability program: GreenPleasures.com offers a unique solution for anyone that wants to take a vacation.
Here is how it works, carbon emissions (greenhouse gases) are generated by driving, traveling or just everyday living. To mitigate this impact, GreenPleasures purchases carbon emission credits that are greater than the average emissions generated by its clients’ when they go on vacation. For example, when vacationers purchase a seven day vacation, Green Pleasures purchases 4,400 lbs of carbon credits (equivalent to planting nearly one acre of trees), which more than offsets the carbon emissions impact of the entire trip. Woodroof says, “This is a new vacation concept, and our clients love it because, while on vacation they are helping to slow global warming.” Laurie Moote of Texas, who just returned from the Riviera Maya in Mexico states, “I would definitely do this again…helping the environment while enjoying time with family on a wonderful vacation- it doesn’t get any better. We also saved 50% on the trip by using the program.”
Discover more about this program at www.GreenPleasures.com, where travelers can get a vacation (or give away vacations as gifts), which will be remembered by the vacationers and loved by our Earth.
